PENDING ORDER
- WHAT IS MY ORDER NUMBER?
When placing an order on our site, you may enter the Thank You page with your purchase number. Shortly afterward, you'll get an order confirmation email, which also includes your order number.
To locate the order number for a pending on our website:
①. Log in.
②. Go to the "My Account" page.
③. Scroll down to "Pending Orders".
- CAN I ADD SOMETHING OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
If your purchase has not been picked & packaged yet, we will have the ability to accommodate and make the changes.
- MY ORDER IS LATE!
We're so guilty that your arrangement did not arrive at you by the"approximate ship date" related to your purchase. The"approximate ship date" is the very best estimate concerning a package that will soon arrive.
We suggest contacting the company accountable for delivering the package.
DICE Q&A
- WILL THE DICE BE DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?
- HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN THE DICE WILL BE DELIVERED? WHAT IS THE CURRENT STATUS OF DELIVERY OF THE DICE?
If you have an administrator or mailroom to collect your parcel, we suggest you check the delivery status first to see if the parcel has been deposited in the collection unit.
If you need to contact us urgently, you can also leave an online message about logistics issues through the smart customer service at the bottom right corner of the website.

SHIPPING
- CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
- CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We do not offer you in-person pick-ups. All orders are processed and shipped from our contracted 3rd party distribution centers.
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Unless otherwise instructed in your verification email, all orders have been processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding vacations and weekends )
- DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
YES
- MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED. CAN YOU PLEASE RESHIP?
Unfortunately, that is not something we can solve. If a package was marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue an alternative unless the dispatch is being returned for us. We suggest getting in contact with the carrier service right back.
